What a shame that this club is. Absolutely awful and useless. They have nothing to present and hold forth for members.
Last night was the most embarrassing night for this club no hot water what a scandal what a joke and no one cared no one addressed this issue and come along with apology.
Highly recommending to leave this club.

Ive been to the wilmslow gym and theres a massive difference of quality, unfortunately the Whitefield gym is terrible:
- machines are old and battered
- treadmills, some have the incline working some do not but wont be checked, some make a loud noise when the belt starts moving having to make you use another
- annoyingly i went in on Saturday 6th September during the day and found in two paper towel
Dispensers all empty, i went to reception to complain only to be told they had no delivery but they didn?t have a solution for this problem, it would have been better to leave a role in the areas?
- some taps dont work in the ladies toilets as they have sensors, some only let out a trickle, then to add insult to injury only one hand dryer works
- toilet locks are broken and doors dont shut
- Shower locks - half have broke and dont close and half the time the shower gel dispensers are empty.
Overall its an appalling gym and quite frankly i don?t know what my membership is paying for other than a poor quality gym! I will be cancelling my membership as id rather pay a premium price and go David Llyod as this level of service is not good enough

This post is for Joanne. I want to say, thank you for two things. One, giving me the best advice when I forget my shampoo and two, picking up my phone when I was wondering about like a zombie after my shower. I was so tired after being in a split shift of 24hrs I just left my phone, shorts and socks on the side and walked off! Joanne came to find me and gave them back to me because I genuinely would have walked out the gym without them ? I?m really thankful.. thank you for saving me ass, twice! ?

I've been using Total Fitness gym for a year now, and generally, it's a very pleasant gym. The cleanliness, swimming pool, saunas, and jacuzzi are all fine. Unfortunately, there are quite frequent breakdowns, whether it's the jacuzzi, saunas, or showers, and these issues aren't fixed quickly. The water in the jacuzzi is often really cool and unpleasant; it's a lottery?sometimes it's nicely warm, other times you don't want to sit in it. The women's showers also often have very cold water. Lately, the swimming pool has been very busy, making it difficult to use.

Credit where it?s due, the gym has improved a lot recently.
Credit to the Man who looks after the Men?s changing rooms, he?s always keeping on top of it.
Poolside also a lot cleaner which is good to see . Keep it up

Really great environment for a solo workout, to take friends or family, or to have PT sessions, workshops, and swimming pools, saunas, and a steam room available.

Read the reviews, everything about this company is poor, I was messed around by the management staff whilst my membership was on pause for four weeks, chased weekly, promised call backs and got nothing.
Offered an additional guest pass as a way of apology which was not acceptable and they closed my membership immediately.
They have no idea how to provide customer service and I will be giving my money to another gym.
In addition, the mens changing rooms/showers are absolutely disgusting and stinks - PureGym showers are cleaner. Avoid at all costs.
