Pool is good size and well maintained, although the floor of the pool could be kept cleaner - it gets a little gritty.Showers are not brilliant, they are very old fashioned on or off, no control of temperature, and could do with modernising.

The female staff in the cafe is horrible! Refuses to process the orders and keeping us waiting while she was watching videos on the screen, ignorant, rude.Such a shame because the gym, swimming pool and other staff are bob on but this one is a big discredit to the team. Head up for management!

It is good gym with good facilities. Nice pools. the SAUNA sometimes has issue and out of order. For jacuzzi I can say I prefer a warmer water. But in total I'm satisfied.

I don?t have nothing bad to say about the gym. It?s great. I can do all the workout I want there. Changing room are always super spotless. The only issue I have is the fact that we joined Total fitness so I could take my child swimming otherwise I would have joined a different gym. Everytime we go the SMALL pool is shut, they don?t let you know this. So yeah, we just keep paying the membership but my son can?t go swimming half of the time. Very disappointed about this.

Overpriced for what you get.The equipment is out of date and most machines you can?t even read what weights you are using.The women?s gym is nothing like as advertised on images.It is often full of teenage kids just hanging about in groups and playing on equipment.I was in there a few weekends ago and there was a family eating a tub of Ben and jerrys while playing on the equipment. It?s an absolute joke.It?s a joke.It?s hard because I have found the staff amazing but I wish they did more to police the use of the facilities because nobody bothers putting weights back and more often than not you have kids using the space as a hang out.If it didn?t have a pool for my daughter I would go to the gym group down the road.

Poor customer service. Low hygiene. Overpriced

Poor value for money. A couple years ago it used to be £35 a month with a couple guest passes added often. At the current time it is £50 per person and i am paying that for two memberships , a total of £100. No guest passes, theres always 2-3 machines that are out of order. They have 4 squat racks but only 1 smith machine. With a lot of the hand attachments the rubber has disintegrated. Showers have this brown film on the walls and shower gel dispenser . Some times they put hand sanitiser in the hand wash, makes your hands stink of bleach. Only ever personal trainers in the gym working clients, rarely any free staff that you can ask a quick question. I don?t blame the staff there, they are friendly and always try to help when they can. All in all it does have potential to be a good gym but since covid, the price increases and all the policy changes it has ruined the experience somewhat. If it was £25 a month i could understand, these things can slide given the price, however it is £50 a month. Its not a small amount for a gym membership

Sauna is often not clean, but that's mostly up to members - they do leave even tangerine's peels behind (people are pigs). Jacuzzi has questionable massive foam - this must be sorted immediately as it's really disgusting. Place has an amazing gym equipment and space. Staff is friendly, but they do change a lot.
