Placed an order online and the money was taken. I called to check some of the ingredients as I have an allergy. The person I spoke to hung up pretty quick and then stopped answering the phone.
So I went to the store and they said they it?s under new ownership and it?s the previous owners who have taken my money and I need to contact them for a refund.

This was my first time here. I needed a quick meal due to work. I ordered online to collect then was given a collection time of an hour. I rang to ask could it be quicker and after a chat they said 20 mins. When I arrived I only waited about 5 minutes over the 20 so not too bad. It wasn't a complicated order. 2 poppadoms which were absolutely lovely with red onion and mint sauce, also great. Chicken tikka with standard sauce, lovely. The bad thing may not bother others but I love salad with my chicken. There was no salad. It was advertised with salad so I didn't order any. Definitely helpful guys and good food but hey, give us salad!

ill start with that I've ordered from here previously, before I get into the farce that has been tonight. Are you settled? we shall begin. I placed my order at 18.44 via their website, I got a confirmation receipt that I'd paid 39.96 HOWEVER they never accepted my order, I rang the number on the receipt to which I was told they were having software issues and just to wait for my money back Erm no you have 40 quid of my money and my family are hungry. The shops phone isn't answering and I want my money back. This goes on for some Time and then I ring back to say I want an authorisation code so I can pass it to my bank and hopefully get my money back. Then I'm told oh its come one now do you live at xxxx yes I do, so I have assurances it will be with me in 30 mins and they Will throw something in for free due to the nightmare I'd had so far, OK great these things happen..
over an hour later I call this same number asking my food is as I've still not received it, he said you should have it and I said I haven't. whilst on this call I get another call from a number I don't know I answer and its someone who lives at the opposite end of my street saying I think I have your order as my details were on the receipt. so I call them back stating you have delivered to the wrong address but in the meantime I have to get someone to sit with my children while I go and 'collect' my delivery in my pjs. finally I'm home and ready to dish out and guess what!!!! there are things missing, by this point I can describe me as being in my raging mode and all sense of understanding has been left on my street somewhere when I went to "collect" my delivery.
I call to tell them this fact and guess what It was never sent, the audacity of telling me we will sort something out on your next order! Next order??

Thanks so much amazing food yet again. Chicken tikka garlic bhuna was amazing. So fresh and great service. Arrived nice and hot with a smiley friendly delivery man.

Absolutely amazing. Ordered to collect and bought the meal offer. It was a really good price and you got a lot for the money. Great offer at 20% off if you collect. Got a tikka and it was delicious. Will definitely be returning.Only issue I found was the parking as you can?t park anywhere nearby.Parking: Parking available but very few spots.

Just had the Mumtaaz Special Kebab. Absolutely amazing. Tasty. Enormous. Great value. Will easily serve 2. Or one very very hungry person. Well worth a visit.

It was OK.Delivery time was longer than ?normal? but this was advertised.Food was spicy, but not much flavour in any of it, couldn?t tell it was a samber, and the garlic naan was underdone, still doughy and sticky. Definitely alright but just OK.
