Every single wool coat I took there for cleaning ended up ruined. They are reasonably clean but are returned with a horrible permanent smell that won't go away no matter what I do.

Had our very wide and long curtains cleaned at Johnsons Radcliffe. They have come up almost brand new and they are 16/17 years old the cost was £84 but saved a fortune by not having to have new ones made for our very large window.

Had a zip break on a coat and popped in to get it replaced. They apparently no longer have a seamstress and have to send garments away for repair...with a 3 week turnaround time at a cost of £27.Not as convenient as I would have hoped.

Went in to return a Boohoo parcel, Fran talked me through how to do it as I hadn't had to do it before. Really fast and easy process which is made much better as there was a helpful and friendly member of staff there.
