I ordered 3 items at 19:26 and the food finally arrived at 21:40. I tried to call them numerous times but kept getting an automated answering service. No apology from the driver when it fi ally arrived. I requested some money back through just eat and the next day I got a response saying: The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order.
They say:
"We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We gave you something from the menu free of charge to make up for it."
There was no free item, just the 3 items I'd originally ordered.
I've been a customer of theirs for nearly 12 years but it's now time to move on. See ya.

Took 3 hours and still haven?t received our food for 2 people. Ordered through just eat and can?t even request a refund. 100% DONT RECOMMEND. Wife is going crackers

Had food twice now on recommendation and it?s great. We had a gathering of 8 people who all orders different meals. Every meal was delicious ??

Should change the name to dangerous food. Hard metal wire in soup! Could have done some serious damage to mine or family members insides if I didn't spot it (see image). Only got a replacement soup for the trouble!Won't be ordering from here again.

Seriously can't recommend, should have read recent reviews first. Ordered at half 8, delivery time was 9:25 - 9:45, arrived at half 10. Food was warm at best but rather bland and borderline inedible in places.
Rather have a ding meal from iceland, and those things are woeful!

No complaints here, food arrived within the time stated, free prawn crackers, the best prawn toast I've ever had, special fried rice nice & spicy as advertised & a lovely young lady who delivered the food with a smile despite it pouring with rain. Tip top ?

We have ordered loads of times from Good Food and every time it has been great. Good quality ingredients and delivery times have always been reasonable. The staff we speak to when we order (telephone) are professional and confirm the order and price each time. The chow mein and fried rice are great and the spring rolls are always spot on. Ignore the haters and order with confidence.

Good Food not only has good food, but good staff too, which I thought was good. The salt and pepper ribs were old and dry which wasn't good, but everything else was good, so good food basically lived up to its name.Also I've got a nut allergy which I mentioned and they didn't kill me. GREAT SUCCESS!
