Never answer the the phone what's the point in having one if your never gonna answer and they never let me know if my perscription is in or if there have any problems and can't get it they never let me know either they are truly teribble and need to be closed or re staffed from scratch as they don't care if they help or not

No words other than absolutely useless. A few times now I've been for a prescription in the morning and there's no pharmacist, so you are left there waiting and they say oh he will be here soon.... He's running late .... Company needs to get a grip and fire people that don't turn up for work.

very poor service, have lost my medication, and i have been told to call back a week later, still not sorted, call back again, this has gone on for over six months, and when i complain about the shocking service i am told to please go to another chemist if i am not happy, not sorry we need to sort this out.i am now changing my pharmacy, no wonder they have a score of 2.7 on google maps.

Came in for a prescription that had been sent somewhere else incorrectly by the doctor. The pharmacist phoned to get it cancelled and redirected then walked to the surgery to get it done faster with the doctor. I was offered a drink while I waited. Absolutely fantastic customer care.

This place needs to be avoided, go to any other pharmacy, full of staff that have no idea about what advice to give, staff just laughing and chatting away whilst customers are all queuing down the road, all to be told their prescription is not yet in stock. Shocking service,shocking advice, I have asked all future prescriptions to go somewhere else, somewhere the staff are not as rude,unhelpful and unsympathetic.

At one time this was a great pharmacy, the staff knew you personally and worked hard to deliver a great service. Sadly this isn't the case anymore, all of the old staff have gone and the new ones spend mote time discussing their personal lives and the latest happenings across social media with each other. Prescriptions frequently aren't ready days after they've been sent by Peter House and often you get a text to say it's ready and then it isn't when you turn up. It's about time senior management from Rowlands got a grip of what's happening.

The service I have had lately has bin amazing . All the staff have worked so hard these last few months to help us all get are medication. They have bin short staffed and still managed to get everyone's medication. People need to show the staff some respect they always try to help . There is no need be nasty to the staff . If we didn't have pharmacists we wouldn't get are medication please show some respect and kindness they have work through all of this covid to help us all

What has happened ? it?s been a few weeks since I?ve picked up my script and all off the familiar staff have disappeared? none of the resident staff insisted on masks so there was a couple of people in there without??? Wow!!! Given that this is adjacent to a GP surgery they should still insist on mask wearing .. any way it was freezing out side .. so the waiting room was crammed. The poor lady on the counter was very professional but the pharmacist and his back staff were just laughing and joking .. talking about friends and what they are up to recently .. what Gym have you joined and what are you up to this weekend ? a lady who had been stood there for 40 minutes just left .. and I don?t blame her .. the fact that I was in pain and had to sit down I just sat there watching this farce ?so. ended up leaving with a part prescription (they promised they would ordered it in) ? ?come back tomorrow? ?we might have it in? ? ? ?. No I?m sorry PETER HOUSE SURGERY, WESTHOUGHTON? this is a big fail from me and from the little old man who was so confused and told to come back in 5 days when the surgery emails his prescription through ????

This is the second time I've been for my dads prescription and each time it's a farce, being told to come back then when I do get told I shouldn't of been told to call back. Turn up today after looking on website to find it closed. Not good when you travel from wigan

My husband and I had our flu jabs here this year as they were available earlier than in surgery. The lady who dave them was brilliant with us both. We also collect or prescriptions from here and they were fantastic until the GP practice took over the ordering of prescriptions. No the pharmacy just issue what the GP issues and have no control over correcting the errors they know have been made and can only apologise and point us back to the surgery. I feel sorry for the pharmacy front line staff as they aren't responsible but are always helpful.

I had a stop smoking appointment today with Kerri I have to say it was a lovely experience I left the pharmacy in a much better mood then I walked in and that's due to Kerri's freindliness and professionalism.The pharmacy itself was clean and all staff were wearing masks and socially distanced there were signs everywhere to inform customers that only two people are allowed in the pharmacy at once and more signs clearly marked on the floor to help you social distance.There was hand gel available and all staff seemed knowledgeable and courteous.I was very impressed
