“Needed a new passport before the stated 10 weeks waiting time. Called in to pick up the forms and told staff I was worried I wouldn't get it back in time. They told me not to worry, they would do it all for me and I would get it back in a couple of weeks. They did the photo and completed the forms for me in around 5 minutes. As promised my passport arrived 2 weeks later. Fantastic service”
