Judt had Sunday lunch at the Plough in Croft the staff were wonderful so friendly couldn?t do enough for us snd the food was amazing and cooked to perfection.

Very quiet at the time of visiting so can't comment on the atmosphere fairly but the food was exceptional. I dont photograph food when dining, unfortunately, but in this case I wish I had. Homemade Double Cheeseburger for both me and my wife, A wait for the food was not an issue as it was clearly freshly prepared to order. Not a microwave or hot plate in sight. It's been a few years since we last dined here but we will back soon.

Perfect pub. Our first visit for ages after a poor experience with a previous owner. What an improvement. Very friendly people, we were made welcome and it's a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Food was excellent, delicious flavours, good quality, well prepared and generous portions. Good choice of drinks as well. Will definitely be back.

Called in for Lunch yesterday, never been before even though it is only a 10 minute drive from home!
Just managed to get the last table, staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and well presented, we will definitely be going back there to work our way through the rest of the menu!

Lovely roast dinner out with my mum. Waitresses were lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, tender beef, tasty stuffing and well cooked veg, excellent rich gravy.

Needed food while on a journey, sat nav said there was a pub just off the main road so followed it. Very happy we did. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and it was a good price. I don't normally eat Sunday lunch out as it never is as good as the one I cook at home, but if I lived closer, I would go as often as I could. We had one beef and one gammon Sunday lunch, homemade cheesecake drinks, and coffee. It was all really tasty. Couldn't fault anything.

Fabulous steak and ale pie there today. Onion rings were lovely and veer was chilled to perfection. A hidden gem this place. Service was fantastic and staff could not be more helpful.
