Excellent and efficient service, came to the rescue for malaria tablets and vaccinations at the very last minute before travelling to Africa early the next day.

It isn't my pharmacy so can't judge it a lot. I went with my guy to buy an item. I felt the assistant was just a bit annoyed and tried to rush me out of the shop. The next day a different assistant was nice and pleasant.

Having a few deaths in the family over Christmas was an extremely horrible time as it was. Nonetheless one of the staff here thought it was acceptable to further add to this.As my fiancé suffers chronic pain she gets pain medication 4 weekly. However as I had to attend two funerals back home in Scotland taking time off work loosing money loosing friends and family members this was an extremely difficult time. Still, even though the doctor says my partner was allowed to pick her prescription up earlier she was told by a staff member that these are terrible excuses and would not give her it. So after going back to the doctor they rang and told the staff that it was happening her attitude when she returned to pick it up was nothing short of disgusting.If my partner was able to travel any further we certainly would not use this pharmacy again the attitude is disgusting and they seem to think they can speak to people in times like these how they want and do what they want with people's medication it's disgusting

Absolutely 1st class service. Having called chemists for several weeks attempting to get a prescription which was in short demand throughout the country the staff at this chemist pulled all the stops. Extremely helpful, polite and kept me informed as to progress of medication arriving and collection.

Rang just after 2 o'clock. When they reopen. I was told they had 40 prescriptions to get through. Baring in mind I live down the next street. Told me they had about 15 people in the shop waiting. So about quater past I drove past and it was absolutely empty. The women on the phone said i would have a text message when it was ready some point around half five today. Never got a text message. So now a prescription I've already waited two days I now have to wait until Monday. Absolutely joke.

Nice and friendly service very helpful although have been very slow in the past there has been a lot of improvement and staff stayed calm and helpful throughout been coming here for years and have prescriptions sent electronically all the time. Well done ?
