Staff are polite enough but they NEVER have the medication in stock that anyone needs. Last time I visited, 6 customers on the bounce all got turned around with no prescription medicines as they weren't in stock, different medicines too.

AWFUL - rude staff, never greet anybody, never answer the phones, never have any stock in, the pharmacist is always away on lunch whenever you ask to see one! Queues here are ridiculous

I've used this chemist for a long time and I can say the staff are so helpful and lovely. Treat them with respect and they will treat you the same way. Chloe, Gemma and Rob are sound and they will go the extra mile for you! 5/5

Young Girl who works there is an absolute gem ? the staff there get treated horribly when there only there to do a job . To many times I?ve witnessed the staff being spoke to with disrespect . You go into any chemist in Warrington and it?s the same , so not just this chemist. I use this chemist multiple times a week and I am always spoke to with respect and the staff go out there way to help ? it?s not the staffs fault that there not getting sent enough stock ?the young girl is a asset to that chemist very polite and helpful

The reason why this pharmacy often doesn?t have medication in is because the NHS is falling apart due to Tory policy to destroy it. You can go into any pharmacy in Warrington and it will be the same.The same applies to GP surgeries and hospitals.

Great place lovely staff but over worked

Pharmacist wouldn't dispense antibiotics for my sick baby after 4pm, told me to come back the next day after 1pm. They NEVER answer the phone. Also witnessed a member of staff treat an elderly lady appaulingly . Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered.

Worst run pharmacy I've ever known, never have meditation ready , never answer the phone ,leave you standing waiting for ages ,whilst they chat in the back ,looking at you while they are doing it ,unbelievable

In my own experience from going here the past 3 years maybe 4 years now a very good chemist friendly staff who offer good advice if you ask questions on certain things and mostly get prescription right. Its usually the doctors who don't send it in time or mess your prescription order up not the chemist itself not to me anyway. I recommend it.

Despite living very close I have decided to change pharmacy due to constant long wait times and issues with prescriptions. Despite ordering repeat presciptions online so they are ready to pick up, 9/10 times the medications have not been ordered days later, meaning I have to return multiple times and wait again. I would go elsewhere if possible.
