We sold our house with Vitalspace but this wasn't any run of the mill sale. We sold two houses at the same time to complete on the same day.We could not recommend this team anymore, communication was key, attention to detail every step of the way and the understanding was simply outstanding.

The team at VitalSpace have been absolutely fantastic! We have just sold our house and they made the process seem very easy. We particularly loved how well informed they kept us via WhatsApp and the fact that they were quick to share feedback every time that we had a viewing. Hannah in particular was key in accelerating the sale of the house. She chased everybody, us, the buyers, the solicitors? the entire team are extremely professional. We would highly recommend them.

The entire VitalSpace team were fantastic throughout the entire process of my property purchase. We have used Vital Space for Purchase and Sale in the past. Latest was the Sale of my property.The Communication from sale to completion from the Team was amazing.Particularly Hannah?s ability to co-ordinate between Clients, Solicitors and other Estate Agents was outstanding, not an easy process for a large chain but Hannah achieved this with the upmost Professionalism, Patience and respect for all.Updates are number one in this process and compared to other Estate Agents I can?t recommend Vital Space enough. VitalSpace are super professional, friendly, and totally honest throughout the whole customer experience. They get that being clear with clients beats trying to pull off cheap tricks. We were looking for a rental at short notice and at a time of year when there are not many properties on the market.We met Sam from Vital Estates at a property and he was very friendly, knowledgeable.Once we put our application in the whole process was very quick and smooth with Sam providing welcoming updates by text.We now have the keys to our new home and have been very thankful to Vital Space for making it a much easier and stress free process.
