Food was absolutely fine, friendly stuff. Just the hot drink machine was 'out of order'. Not too many spaces to seat, but was quite empty on the morning.

Had voucher offer but as drinks dispenser not working I was expected to pay above the voucher promo amount for a bottled drink, no offer or compromise. Slow service as they are clearly bogged down in just eat/deliveroo/Uber eats & therefore walk up customers made to wait a long time. Also the delivery drivers sit waiting in the seats meant for dine in customers.

I came in with my boyfriend around 6:30 today and he ordered a cheese stake foot long, the staff were ready to finish as it was near their finish time and you could absolutely tell!They did not cut the sandwich in halfand refused to add another sauce, have put it in the cardboard and it almost fell out! Got home it was dripping in sauce and falling apart.Disappointed and still hungry

Generally like any other subway for what they provide but the service wasn't great - I was asked twice if I wanted the same extras (for additional cost) and part way through making my sub I was waiting while the staff were talking. Not great when I was hoping for a warm sub!
