Paul's floors provide an excellent service from choosing a carpet, to supplying samples.and then providing advice on the quality and suitability of both carpet and underlay for the room. This week had a new bedroom carpet fitted . Paul is punctual, tidy, polite and above all the quality of carpet and the fitting of it is fantastic. Very happy and would certainly recommend. Thank you.

Oh my gosh, what a gem of a place this is! Knew next to nothing about what kind of carpet we needed and Claire was super helpful at directing us to the most suitable ones for our room and budget. Much more knowledgeable and friendly than the larger chain carpet stores and turns out that the prices were better too (something I wasn't expecting). What's more, we managed to get it fitted within one week of ordering as we were tight on time. Cannot thank Claire and Paul enough and we will definitely be back!

We had a flood from a neighbour which had to go through two insurance companies. Great service end to end from Paul, Claire and the entire team. They offered the most competitive price for a far superior product than competitors, and fitters did an exceptional job - very fast and efficient. Will definitely use this small, local business again. Even the cat approves! Thank you!

Amazing installation of Harvey Maria flooring in our hallway and porch. Very professional and friendly communication throughout and we are so happy with the finished product (we started with torn vinyl flooring and a very uneven concrete porch so it?s quite the transformation)

Do not use this company.Very rude and unprofessional . I have not been spoken to like that since I was at Grammar school back in the 60s, and all because I DARED to leave too much food in the fridge and freezer. Apparently it is supposed to be emptied! Really ?? Never again! The one star is only because the system won't let me put no stars, or as I wanted to, a minus stars result!
