Non existent customer service ? post office and Evri counter seem to decide opening hours as they please on the day? arrived at around 5pm to be told that the counter was shut and would be open at 9am the next day. Arrived at 9am to then be told by the same person that they would only open at 10am instead on that particular day?

Wow! Post office did not open until 9.25, people, nurses waiting who ended up walking out. Got told he was coughing ring money, do they not come in earlier for that before they open at 0900? Shift leader comes strolling out at a slow pace with coat still on, looked bored, knackered and clearly could not be bothered. No apology all though people waiting, plonks money on his counter and by the way STILL counting his money in front of us makes us wait even longer. Had the Kevin and Perry vibe. Then says are you ready? Been ready for 30 mins!!! Again no apology. Human error he says. Also alarm guy came to check the alarm or so he says. Excuse after excuse. Poor service all round not sure why he is there.

I lost my keys at the hospital over the road. The lady on the till was kindness itself and even offered to buy my coffee while I waited for help. 100% brilliant staff. Well done!!!

Just moved around the corner and already used this shop many times , great selection of things for your convenience. Good booze selection and reasonable prices. The staff are all really nice.
