Terrible!!
Where are the curtains I pad nearly £1000 for !?!?
Your fitter came out with just the blinds we ordered! He had no idea where the curtains were.
Here I am days later and I?m still no closer to knowing when or if you?ll ever come back to me to fit the curtains which were ordered at the same time as the blinds.
It?s impossible to contact anyone at your company, the phone at the branch just rings out. How am I supposed to know what?s going on or if I?ll get any further information.
I?ve had to revert to this as the only form of communication possible ? What a joke!

Came for bedding but Dorma shelves were almost bare and the rest of it seemed to be locked in some kind of keypad controlled cupboard. Everything was so higgledly piggledly we gave up and went to John Lewis. Like a jumble sale, a right old mess.

Too much poorly made cheap Chinese tat in this store. Ok if you have a house to decorate like the ones in that TV series 'Shameless'. Not much to get excited about.....and the prices are expensive. Boring look to the store too - not inviting at all. It's gone downhill here......will probably end up closing down if these issues are not addressed.

The whole shop if full of tiny flies, they were everywhere!! To say there is a cafe operating in there and there is so many flies is gross. Even the worker at the checkout was swatting flies away. The upstairs near to the dinnerware and cafe was swarmed with them and the downstairs near enough the same amount. The flies were landing on customers in the queue, I had to put my hood up, disgusting. Needs sorting.
