The customer service is unbelievable. Staff are rude and disrespectful, rolling their eyes when asked for help.
Can't believe the company keeps them working in their after all the bad reviews left by customers.

I cannot thank Tracey at Johnson?s, Draybank store enough for the help she gave me in processing photos for my daughter?s 30th Birthday. She was an absolute star and had the patience of a saint to help me sort through photos on my what?s app, on emails and hard copy photos from my old albums. She helped me make a library on my phone, helped me transfer to the machine and helped me edit, enlarge and print. There were a few technical problems with the machine but she dealt with everything keeping calm and efficiently sorting it all out. In between all this she was helping other customers with the many other services she covers at the same time - dry cleaning, alterations, ironing and key cutting to name just a few! Thankyou Tracey! I will definitely be back and will recommend you to all my friends.

Went in to drop of evry parcel the man and woman who work in there are very rude have no people or customer service skills very unhelpful like they don't want to be there and sarcastic they talk to you like your stupid how can johnsons employ people like this very bad for business will never go there again my husband also said the same as me when he went in there absolutely appalling service

The staff were extremely rude and even raised their voices at customers. When I gave feedback, they told me to leave instead of addressing the issue properly.
This is not the first time I?ve encountered such poor service. Strongly do not recommend anyone to use their services.
Also, the staff often occupy the pick-up/drop-off area at the entrance by parking their own cars there for long periods. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for others.

I recently took an old vintage Gore Tex Berghaus parka in to be washed and coated.
Before the coat went in it was only fit for a charity donation. When I collected it, it had been cleaned up so well it looked like new.
Not cheap, but well played for the restoration. ?

Excellent service! Our down douvet needed emergency cleaning right after Boxing Day as our cat decided to get some fur balls out as a gift for us. The gentleman was very helpful and the douvet was ready a day earlier than expected.

My coat needed a dry clean/and a repair. So I took it Johnson's on Sinderland Broadheath. This was done with care and professionslism. Beautiful Job. Pleasant Staff. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I visited this place on multiple occasions as this is my nearest evri parcel shop. Every single time both members of staff were very rude and sarcastic, not replying to ?hello?, ?thank you?, ?bye?. Every single time they spoke to me as if I was their worst enemy. There is no reason to speak to anybody the way they spoke to me. I also work in the shop and I can?t imagine what would have to happen to make me treat the customer the way they always do.
