YourMove are an organisation of incompetence from the top down, This branch were as much use as a chocolate fire guard in helping me with a problem which went on for around 16 months. I was fobbed off to a department where no one had any clue what was going on, and redirected around multiple people. I was promised a call back by the lettings manager on two separate occasions and never received it. Ultimately after months of extensive and time consuming communications and paperwork with their bank I was able to resolve an issue for them which they claimed to be unable to even contact their bank over. Beyond this the initial process of renting was painful and disorganised and resulted in constant chasing up and requesting forms they forgot to send. Stay away and rent, buy or sell elsewhere. You?ll maybe have some sanity left at the end of it all.

I wish I had!!! it would of saved me stress and money ( extra charge added on completion day of £420 )
I did call your move but they said nothing they could do which I understand however don?t want someone else have the same experience as me.
It really is a shame as all the team Lynn, Leah, Cath and Jess are all fantastic.
These guys are brilliant.
Service is second to none and so professional. I?m hard work to say the least!!! however I was kept up to date on all viewing?s and my property has sold within 10days for over the asking price.
Lynn set me up ran through the process and what to expect and was bang on the sale price.
Leah and Catherine have then kept me up to date on the viewing?s and how they went with feedback positive and negative but I?ve been informed at every stage.
honestly a very effortless experience can?t fault the team. Not completed yet but I?m expecting everything to run as smooth as it has done already.
