Clean and tidy. Friendly helpful and professional staff. Quick service. Competitive pricing. Good choice of items. We'll laid out store and car parking also very good. Nice to see click and collect.

Sunday 17th August 2pm ish, came into store to get our project in motion for new kitchen. Was met by the most unhelpful woman in the world... straight of the bat we picked the most expensive worktops which we loved , spash guards and doors. Then she gave us a price without once asking for any measurements or using a calculator ...how??? The level of disrespect was epic. She was not interested in our needs at all. B&Q are now measuring up for us and we're far more helpful

Don't buy a Kitchen from Wickes, delivery is a shambles.
The Fridge Freezer was 2 weeks late. The day before delivery I was told the Oven wasn't available. I had to choose another and wait a week for it.
A week into the installation we discovered the Extractor Hood was missing. I waited 50 minutes for Customer Services to answer the phone. They told me someone should have informed me the Hood was missing. I had to wait another 4 days for delivery.
There was a end panel missing from the design. Kudos to the manager (Mike?), he sorted that out at no charge.
There was a missing glass splashback which the designer said was only a suggestion as Wickes did not sell them. I said why would you suggest something that Wickes do not sell. Ludicrous. I had to buy one from Screwfix
The installer had to keep coming back to fit the late deliveries.
A highly inconvenient and stressful experience buying a Kitchen from Wickes.
I complained and they offered me £25.
I rejected the offer and escalated to Customer Relations as per Wickes procedures.
They forwarded it back to the team which offered me £25. They repeated that they could no longer help. What's the point of an escalation process if they just send it back to the Useless team?
I'm now going to the Ombudsman.
Update April 2024.
I received £150 in compensation, 6 times more than Wickes originally offered.
Still not enough but apparently you cannot be compensated for inconvenience and stress.

Was looking for asbestos bags but unfortunately they don't stock them.

Average. While stock is good, a bit messy and disorganised. Tills while fast, are few making queues long and frequent. Small car park.

Not a huge store but useful

Just wanted to give props to a lady customer service. She helped me bring some items to my car as I wasn?t able to get a trolley due to the noise leading to sensory overload for my daughter. It was such a lovely little thing and she was so kind it just made our day that little bit easier. Thanks again
