Don't bother going in the branches. They just can't be bothered. I came in to have two car key cuts to be done. Now they always keep saying the machine is not working. Or we dont have the code chips for the car keys. WTH

I have purchased a car and unfortunately spare key didn't have a blade.Thanks to Luke everything was sorted for me just like I wanted despite that car keys are not the easiest thing to copy.Thanks alot Luke :)

Yay!! Watch battery replaced for free thanks to having bought a lifetime battery. Also got a second one for a different watch.

Took my shoes securing my soles with glue. Unfortunately the glue did not hold the soles in place and so took them back and Timpsons were most helpful to re-glue the shoes and just hope they stay put this time round as one of my comfortable black leader shoes!
