Very very unprofessional staff member named khadija. My poorly nana needed her medication, when my sister went to collect the prescription she was told they ?might not have it in stock? when she asked what she should do if it isn?t in stock and explained that my nana is dying and this was her end of life medication the lady replied with ?that?s not my problem?. When leaving a review my sister has been responded to with a rude reply. Disgusting behaviour ! As a nursing professional myself, I?ve never ever heard of another professional behave like that and it will be taken further.

Very bad attitude from one of the girls who claimed she gave us eye drops in last medication. She shouted accross the shop. Manager didn?t do anything about it and justified her attitude by saying he has to believe staff.,disgusting. He then admitted they can?t cope with big prescription and it?s far too much for them. Another customer also commented on how poor they had become.This girl had such a photographic memory she remembered putting eye drops in that large prescription over a week before.!!! ? and the manager thought that was good enough for her to screech her bad attitude over the shop !!!

I'm very glad I had a private blood test at Swinton pharmacy. The staff were really friendly and put me at ease straight away as I am not a big fan of needles. They sent my blood samples off that same day and I got my results within 2 days, which had a detailed list and provided helpful insights as to why I was feeling so tired all the time. I can't reccomend Swinton Pharmacy enough for the service they provided and the quick turnaround with the blood test results!

Just want to say the pharmacist working tonight provided brilliant service she had already closed and was ready to leave for the night I arrived 5-10 mins after closing time she didn?t mind at all and nipped back in and done the prescription for me, my mum is waiting on heart surgery and has a really bad chest infection and needed antibiotics before using Swinton late night pharmacy i went to sorrel bank pharmacy which was closer from the hospital I arrived at sorrel bank pharmacy 6 mins before closing time and was turned away and told he wouldn?t do my prescription because he was closed thank god the lady at this pharmacy has a good heart and really did put her patients first thanks for a being a good person

Says open at 8am now it 9:11 was sat there since 7:30 till 8:39 even had some information saying the don't really care what time they open on a Saturday but when someone ill and there Prescription been sent to this pharmacy and I really need this you need to sort you time out on a Saturday or put that you don't open weekends
