We had the best and smoothest experience whilst we were going through our house purchase as first time buyers we were new to everything. Kris was fantastic and very helpful when we were unsure of anything. She always kept in touch with us right through to the end of our purchase.

Again if it was possible to leave NO STARS I would do. It took 4 1/2 years to settle my late brothers estate which was not complicated ( until they got hold of it) Unprofessional, lazy, liers, tardy, did I say unprofessional, condescending, neglectful, unresponsive, unprofessional and incompetent to the nth degree. They also lost my personal documentation and denied they'd ever had it!They have been taken to the ombudsmen and criticized for their inactions and actions in dealing with his estate.If I can save someone else from the grief, hassle and frustration they have caused our family then I will be satisfied to some small degree. Please do not use them as executors they have been totally incompetent!NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER AGAIN

I have given this solicitor 1 star as it is impossible to give 0 stars. Avoid like the plaque if what want a service done quickly and efficiently.2 1/2 years for a Court of Protection order and they start chasing outstanding bills after a week.Simply never again.

Unfortunately a buyer used this company when buying a house off me. Do not respond to the client or the other solicitor in a timely manner. If you have ever dealt with Latimer lee or countrywide these are on a par with them.
