Having an extention...the end is in sight but its the most stressful time of the whole build ...coming to fit my shower with its fixed shower arm with no adjustment...so with no receipt shower in hand I go back to where I brought it explained situation and with out hesitation they were happy to exchange or give me my money back ...how refreshing in this day an age...with a special mention to Dave Hall...he provided a great customer journey?
