Why should you have to pay more to eat a sausage roll sat down? The floor was filthy, so was the table. No napkins. Only about 3 mouthfuls of coffee in the flat white. Come on Greggs, you should be doing better.

I can only say for the morning shift, but the people that work there are the slowest workers I have ever seen, they use the coffee machine as it they are making a piece of art and count how many sausage go into a barm like they have counted since primary, when I'm in a Rush the Costa next to them is faster and nicer, shame but what can you do when you hire people without any energy

Shawarma flatbread was delicious.. Sausage Roll was great as always as was steak bake. Pepperoni pizza was a little disappointing. It was really hard and crunchy on the one side where It was overcooked

I did actually understand the staff were extremely busy & when they said wouldn't be a minute I also understand, but to be spoken to in a very nasty tone when I asked who was serving me because I did not hear who had said it was disgusting. Yes your busy but there is no need to speak to people like that, extremely upset especially has my daughter was with me so couldn't give what for , note to staff , some people are deaf & if you are not to speak loud or even look at the person it can be difficult to know who's saying what
