Took payment for my daughter’s glasses. After not hearing anything about the order for weeks we went into the store to find out the order had not been created, turns out my daughter needed to also have another test before new glasses were ordered so malpractice right from the start!! Utterly useless. Wrong proscription after new eye test, no use in getting it resolved. Appalling customer service
