A member of staff entered my room while i was in it, frigtening me. I raised this as a complaint and was told they had knocked and had drcided to enter when i hadn't answered. (I hadnt heard as I had a hearing problem at the time but also could have been in the shower or had headphones on). When raised with corporate they said this was allowed as staff had found a dropped key (which did not belong to this room) and were therefore entering people's rooms?!?! When I asked for further clarification as to why this was appropriate or necessary I was ignored and rudely told that I would receive no answer to my complaint as they had already told me it was appropriate for staff to enter your occupied room (without a good reason). The hotel itself is new and therefore of a reasonable standard.

So this is not like the Travel Lodges in the US where some sketchy things take place. It's actually a really nice place situated in a nice neighborhood. Have a really nice shopping mall within a 10 min walk. Also has a supermarket in the same area as well. Here's what it doesn't have 1. Air conditioning 2. Microwave 2. Small fridge 3. Free wifi

Absolutely awful. It's probably my fault for not checking if the rooms have A/C, but in June the room was hot and stuffy. I opened the windows to let in fresh air but was bombarded by mosquitoes and other insects, so was forced to shut them again. Not that this was the end of insects as lots of tiny drain flies constantly came out from the bathroom.
The people in the adjacent room constantly banged the door through the night and early morning. They had a crying baby; but the icing on the cake was that they had their dog with them which yapped. I've stayed in over 2000 hotels but have never experienced someone having their dog in the room, and I can't believe the hotel is okay with that. Or at least put them away from other patrons.
The amenities here are none existent, and the front desk seems to permanently have a sign saying that reception is closed. I paid up front for three nights none refundable, but I'm leaving after two nights. I will forfeit my money but can't stand another night of this place and have booked another hotel for tonight.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to travellers as you will be disappointed. It seems popular for groups having hens nights etc, so not suitable for the single traveller. I've booked a few Travelodge hotels for this trip around the UK, but never again after this.

Typical travelodgde. Situated jn a quiet part of Trafford. E Excellent walks. Local spoons for breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here with a friend for a shopping trip to the Trafford Centre which is really close by. Rooms were really clean and beds very comfortable. Aileen on reception was really friendly and helpful - thank you.
Will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable rooms, and very nice staff. I would visit again, but it was about a 20-minute walk to the Trafford Centre and the nearest public transportation. A 20-minute drive to the airport, and Uber was needed, so it's good to consider the location if you don't have a car.
There was a snack vending machine in the lobby.
