Showed up at 530pm to collect dry cleaning. Shop advertised as open until 6pm but it was closed. A few customers milling about looking for their clothes. Key to running a shop, be on post until the advertised closing time.

Arrive at 5 30 to get a key cut for my new place. The shop is advertised as being open till 6 , the guy is still there doing nothing but basically said he shut down the machine and won?t be doing it. Very unhelpful , surely they should still offer these services till 6. I can understand if I arrive 5.55 but come on , you have nothing to do for 30 min. Very disappointed. Timspons is usually really good but not this branch. Maybe add into your profile that you basically stop work at 5.

Changed my watch battery there but I've found many scratches on the back which is really unprofessional! I know this cause I was telling my wife the day before that this watch been to many battery replacement and yet no scratch on it!
Ps. not saying anything about battery or the timpson itself but definitely not happy with the service I've got from the staff there.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff! Been coming here for years, today there was someone new. I asked if they could help change car battery. Was told it would be £14.99. When I said that I had just bought the batteries from Tesco (Timpsons is located inside) and required help to open up the car fob, I got a smirk and was told that they'd be doing half the work and that needed to do it myself with a knife. Some kindness would not have gone amiss.
