Only giving one star because it?s the lowest you can give! I called on the off chance to see if they had any availability because my usual place was fully booked up and asked politely if they are doing any offers over the Xmas period, the representative from Beauty Spot was incredibly rude and unhelpful, she spoke with a very rude tone and definitely needs some pointers on good customer service, I certainly will not be coming here and be spending my money and I will be sure to tell all my friends what rude staff answer the phone, AVOID!

I had a manicure/pedicure here the day before my wedding. The whole thing felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. I was told the nails would take about 2 hours to dry but 9 hours later they were still wet and as I didn't have time to sit still (I did wait 3 hours), the nails just smudged - literally all the colour came off.I nipped to Tesco, bought a similar colour and a 15 year old girl did a better job - and not wasted money having them done 'professionally'.
