My absolute go-to place for my nails, they are lovely and get my nails look standing out! Yes you have to wait at times but that's because they are busy, it's a sign that they do a good job!

The team always do a fantastic job. Super thorough, very neat and always to your liking! The salon is very friendly - you?ll find all the staff and clients engaging in conversation. I?ve never waited any longer than 15 mins as a ?walk-in?, even on a busy night! I?ve always walked out loving my nails and highly satisfied.

Would never go anywhere else for my nails, Julie & all her team are absolute perfectionists. Always trust them to give me the best opinions and the best work on my nails. Have been going here for two years for acrylics and not once have a lost a single nail. Julie has to be the best nail artist I?ve ever come across, no design is too much and she genuinely loves doing nails! If you haven?t been you?re missing out.

Cheryl & team are always amazing, I always get my Biab nails done at the salon, can?t fault them. My nails always look immaculate even after 6 weeks growth!!

Considering I have a disability with my hands the staff are very warming make me feel so comfortable everytime I visit always offered a hot drink lovely people ? i love my nails everytime and their eyelashes are very good last very long always happy with them ? been here since last year summer

Julie and the team at queen nails never fail iv been going for many years and can not recommend anywhere better! From the choice available to the atmosphere there it?s so welcoming and I always walk away so happy with my nails!

I have been to so many different nail salons and I can honestly say this is the best salon I have ever visited! The quality, precision, and attention to detail they put into their work is outstanding. The atmosphere and staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and they do an excellent job of working with their clients to ensure they fulfil the clients expectations. They offer a variety of treatments for a fantastic price, I will definitely be going back!

Very happy with this place, I have been coming here for my BIAB for a few months now and I?ve always been satisfied! Great customer service, Im always made to feel welcome and comfortable, they always offer me a hot drink and we have a good chat and a laugh. They work quick but good, Ive never had issues with my natural nail being damaged, or rough cuticles, filing too deep etc.They are amazing when it comes to recreating designs or free handing.

Been going to Queen since I was a teenager and Julie and the team always make you feel so special when you come in! As soon as you walk through the door, Julie will always greet you and offer you a drink or snacks etc which is a really nice touch! They always keep up to date with what?s going on in your life and really take the time to get to know their customers and have a laugh with them! Julie even gives out vouchers and gift bags to loyal customers sometimes which no other salons ever do! You can tell how much they value their clients!All the staff are so talented at what they do and take their time to make sure they get your nails exactly how you want them! Cheryl has done my nails the past few times now and she?s honestly the loveliest person ever, so fun to chat to her!Julie treats her staff so well also, always getting them lunch and drinks which is so nice to see!Such a nice atmosphere here, will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. My mum even travels an hour to come here cos they?re so good!Thank you Queen for everything you do!??
