This is a great gym with lots of equipment both cardio and weights, for those complaining that it's busy then go when it's quiet there is a facility on the app that shows you..I've got no complaints the staff are friendly and so too are the people.

I’ve never been a gym goer and starting was really scary! But having the app with all the how to get started videos really eased my anxiety.its not as muscle mad as I thought and I’m really enjoying the mix of classes and my own tailored workout which i can follow on the app!
