I am a regular customer and what is happening to you with this place shocks me, for the last two months it is unrecognisable. The pretzels are disgusting, often burnt and the staff rude and uninviting to come again, they can't talk to the customer normally and you can also see that they can't respect each other. Unfortunately I have to find a new place to snack after work. What happened to MrPretzels from a few months ago, can you guys get back to that????

The pretzels themselves are really tasty, however two things let this store down. One is that they?ve changed the Nutella dips to those small takeaway little packet things so you end up getting a lot less and it just looks tacky. Secondly the staff, although polite enough while serving you, seem absolutely miserable otherwise.

I think there oven was broken, or they don?t know how to cook. Beacuse my pretzel was still getting slapped all over the table.

Stopped doing vegan option though choice. My 5 year old used to love your pretzels. very discriminatory and unfair to people who can?t have milk. I?d be ashamed to work for such a company.

The pretzels are incredibly soft and fluffy. I chose the classic salty option, which was amazing. However, I need to ask for less salt next time, as it?s quite strong, though still very tasty. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I?ve had buying food. I ordered the mini pretzels. When the female staff member handed them to me, they weren?t wrapped properly, 3 of them fell onto the counter. She just looked at me and said nothing. No apology, no offer to replace them. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic customer service.
To make it worse, the pretzels were cold and tasted like they?d been sitting there for ages. Nothing like the fresh, warm pretzels you?d expect. They were dry, chewy, and disgusting which I had to bin them.
This was such a horrendous experience, the management really needs to take a look at the quality of both the product and the service being offered here,
it?s seriously not up to standard.

Been coming here for years, Received one burnt pretzel, (happens as they are very busy) which my son couldn't eat I went back and without question was given a fresh one. So far their service and quality have been great.

Busy when we visited. Ordered minis with cinnamon sugar and a pepperoni pizza bagel for daughter plus drinks. Great that they have loyalty card. Daughter ??s Mr Pretzel and happily recommends it to everyone- including her teachers sending pictures too!!

These pretzels are so nice. You have a variety of choices the choose from, staff are kind and friendly and it only takes them 5 minutes to make. You can even watch them make it aswell. The pretzels are nice and fresh and I definitely would recommend. It used to be a little shop but now they have moved as a stand opposite from Holland and Barrett so it is very busy around their but otherwise it is perfect

one of the staff is very rude in the way she spoke to us as we just asked for the price and we are arab . the staff is little chubby and has brown hair she dont speak good english she is the one who was rude
