Really rude manager, the doors were open after closing time. Me and my partner were not aware the shop had closed so walked in. We went to the crisp aisle and one of the staff told us the shop was closed, she was very nice and allowed us to grab a packet of crisps and head to self checkout. On our way, the manager came up to us and literally snatched the crisps out of my hand and told us we need to leave because the shop was closed, in the rudest way possible. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.

Love this place but please can you cover up the baked goods in the bakery section, I went to get a donut (which are always delicious) and there was loads of flies on them and the baguettes. I know it's hard with the weather but it's a big turn off

Just been in M&S White City, shopping minding my own business, turned a corner and heard what I thought was something falling from a shelf - turns out it was two youths stealing steaks out of the fridge, it was horrible for me as a customer and probably for the staff nearby who couldn't do anything because everything happened so fast. Apparently this happens on a daily basis and I'm sure with a security guard or a change of layout things might have been a bit different, these thieves might have thought twice about doing this. Most of the customers are women and older members of the community, I was certainly shook up and couldn't stay in the store after this - which is a shame as this is one of my favourite shops at White City Retail park.

Great for essentials?.my poor rating is in reference to the amount of daylight robbery I have witnessed. During the last two visits i have seen fully grown men walk out with produce without paying a penny?on one occasion a man with a trolley full of food left and filled his car whilst his friend distracted the cashier?.another incident, today I witnessed a man leave through the entrance door with his arms full of food. Am I missing something here?.is everything for free? Is there no challenge or security?

Well stocked store but the staff! It's probably the worst M and S store for customer staff interaction ive ever interacted with. Asked a member of staff if they stocked a particular item. I was told No, then found item seconds later round the corner. Two staff moaning about something on another aisle. The checkout clerk was bordering on depression with an upside down smile. Obviously, wasn't happy in his job.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Marks & Spencer store at Manchester White City on 6th August 2024 at 8pm. I discovered a product on the shelf that had expired over a month ago on 7th July 2024. Selling expired products is not only irresponsible but also poses a significant health risk to customers.
What made the situation even worse was the response I received from a staff member. When I brought the expired product to their attention, I did not receive an apology or any acknowledgment of the mistake. The staff member showed a complete lack of concern and did not assure me that such an oversight would not happen again.
As a long-time customer of Marks & Spencer, I expect much higher standards of quality control and customer service. This experience has severely shaken my trust in the store. I urge Marks & Spencer to take immediate action to prevent expired products from being sold and to train their staff on how to handle such situations with the seriousness they deserve.
I hope to see significant improvements, as this experience was utterly unacceptable.

Came on a Thursday, says it closes at 9, it was shut at 8:30. If your gonna shut half an hour early you should make than clear online.

Just went there and was followed for the whole duration of my shopping trip which made me uncomfortable. Wish I got her name but she had blonde hair. Not good.

Always well stocked.
Easy to park outside
Generally nice and clean and I obstructed aisles.
Only complaint is the lack of picking your own veg.

The team at this store could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with a click and collect order and the team went way above the norm to make sure that I got my order ASAP. I even had a box of pastries as a sorry for the inconvenience.
