I popped into Lush a few weeks ago and was looked after by Ismah. She offered me a hand massage, which I wasn?t expecting, and honestly it was such a lovely experience. I?d been feeling quite stressed that day, but she made me feel really relaxed and at ease. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and her approach never felt pushy ? just genuinely helpful. I actually ended up leaving with a generous bag of goodies, and it didn?t feel like ?shopping?, more like treating myself after being properly looked after. Thank you, Ismah, for such a thoughtful and uplifting experience!

Had a Lush time in Lush Trafford Centre today. It was really busy and I was with my six year old. The staff are always brilliant here, but today Nina went above and beyond to entertain my little boy. She showed him all the bath bombs, let him drop one in the sink, and taught him how to blow bubbles through a bubble bar! She was amazing with him. She?s a real natural with kids and he?s still talking about his encounter with her now. Thank you so much for your kindness Nina. Hugely appreciated.

Oh my god the smell gave me a severe headache. Every product had a chemical/ synthetic under note.
I understand the point of the store, but I cannot give it a better review in light of my experience.

Sheila and the manager were so lovely! One of the best experiences I ever had, they were so thorough with their consultations and they didn?t hold back at all with samples lol! Can?t wait to indulge in all my new products. Thank you!!!

Came in with my 8 yr old and my 6 yr old daughters as we was having a girlies after i had been working on my house. We had chloe give us all a hand and arm massage she was absolutely wonderful and really made our evening thank you so much chloe

Fantastic experience at Trafford centre in lush...Jack helped to ease my anxiety and pointed out Ismah to provide a hand massage which was truly Devine, Ismah actually gave me Random act of kindness as well as the massage, and came away with a bath bomb as well for free....made to feel so grounded in the middle of a birthday shopping spree with a couple of 11 year olds who don't drop when they shop and the experience in lush helped to alleviate panic and stress in a very busy shopping centre. Did buy the tumeric latte it was so delicious, Ismah was so patient with me and even massaged my other hand even though she was tired. Made to feel so special the smells and scents coupled with quality staff happy to help have left memories embedded for time.Thank you so much x

The best interactive store experience for adults and children alike. Visited today and had so much fun trying the jellies and bubble bars. So much choice and loads of unique bath products. The staff are super friendly and encourage you to try without pushing sales. All cruelty free and all smells delicious!
