Absolutely filthy?bins were overflowing which meant there was rubbish and spills left on every single table, rubbish on the floor. Staff slow and making no attempt at all to clean up. But you could see it wasn?t just a recent thing because the corners of the floor and the place in general had a look of it hasn?t been properly clean for a very long time.

I am browsing sofas today and that makes me very hungry, so i decided to stop by for a quick snack. I was not disappointed; the chicken is delicious, fresh, juicy and warm! So are the fries and the gravy is a good extra to get. Next time I need new furniture I will come here and have another snack.

The place is spacious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, some tables were not clean and the mess from previous quest was still there ,may be they short staffed?! Anyway I will be back

Worst KFC I've tried.
Literally one drop of mayonnaise in my cold chicken burger.
Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't speak to the manager and I went off.

Came a couple of weeks ago and ordered 2 tower burger meals. I had to use the kiosk machine and order there which was extremely inconvenient. When got order home it was wrong with just chicken fillet burger meals. The chicken was so over cooked and tough it was absolutely horrid. This place has been down hill for several years I?m surprised it is still going however I will never return again. Over priced mediocre excuse for food and no matter how many bad reviews on here, it still hasn?t got its act together!

Very bad rude staff , ask if we can order at the till one staff that yes give me 5 mins , we waited for her then another heavy staff member was free so told her if she was free to take our order she said but I can?t take it at the till as it not working but you can order the app and I?ll take cash here . Told her other girl said it?s fine to order at till , she went to find out . Other girl came back what?s your order I?ll take it here at the till ? told her other girl said no you can?t take it here went to find out came back yes sorry you I can?t take it here ? lazy b . Went and ordered at app , I came back sorry I forgot to give you my code for points when paying her at till in cash , lady - sorry too late, me - shall i cancel my Oder and do it again, lady if you do I won?t serve you again ? so rude. Why you working if you have an attitude with customer . Never go back here again ! Unless you want to spoil you night

I live closer to the chorlton branch but happily drive further to this one as its miles better in service and in food.
