We were shopping in the Trafford Centre and decided to have lunch here too. My friend had the Wetherspoons App so we sat at a table on the outside in the Orient and ordered lunch for us here. No sooner had the order gone through and our drinks arrived. Within 15 minutes our jacket potatoes with roasted vegetables and salad were here too. It was under eleven pounds each and everything was delicious. Great service, everyone was friendly, perfect for a quick lunch!

Wish the toilets and restaurant was cleaner and the service to order on the phone was dodgy and didn?t work well. Not very good gluten free options, not labelled correctly. Pitchers of alcohol were nice and good that it stayed open until 12 on Saturday. It was quite quiet and could find a space to sit but my friend said one area of the place smelled of sick. Just needs to be cleaner as the New Orleans area in the Trafford centre is beautiful

Visited today with my sister and our 10 year old daughters. My sister and I had a glass of wine and our girls wanted water, which we allowed them to get on their own, ( we could see them from our table) as they wanted to be a little bit independant. They were sat right behind us on a high table for 2, so literally we were back to back. Unbeknown to us they both picked up a tea bag each, as they were right there with the coffee, sugar and hot chocolate, right there with the hot/cold water and milk? as they are 10 year old girls they like to feel grown up and act that way! After a while a member of staff approached us in front of other members of the public and very rudely insisted we go with them to the bar and pay for two cups of tea. This was absolutely embarrassing and left us feeling really awkward. Obviously we paid and apologised for the fact we didn?t see our girls take the teabags.. after a few looks from customers we decided to speak to a manager about the way we were spoken to, only to be told that our children shouldn?t have been sat alone (which they were not, and as highly protective parents made us even more exasperated) I politely asked the manager to show me where in the establishment that these rules were written, to which he couldn?t answer. I can honestly say, my sister and I have never felt so embarrassed and upset in a public place. The manager was scruffy, and dirty and to be frank, had no idea how to deal with the situation. We will not return to Mardi Gras, and will encourage family and friends with young children to avoid at all costs?.. family shopping day ruined by rude, disrespectful and clueless management and staff. Disgusting

We ate here, as a family, on a very busy Saturday evening. Customer service was excellent - the staff were hard working and very efficient. Food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The staff were very quick to clear our dirty plates and clean the table. A very well managed Wetherspoons and reasonably priced good value food.

Go there for the drinks and not for food; portions are tiny and the quality not so great. You have to wonder how they find chicken wings that are that small. And you'd find a better burger downstairs at McD or Burger King!!

On arrival we should have know what we were in for when the staff were all spraying the cleaning liquid through the bar at each other, had to ask for our table to be cleaned. No items on the menu, after the 3rd option was also not available, we gave up. Is it me or have the prices gone up considerably and such small portions? i'd head to Nando's or All Bar One if you are after value for money and better service!

Bacon on breakfast omg not sure if it was bacon or turkey! Beans flavours watery cold, hash browns crumbled on my plate, sausage very nice! Egg was very nice! Overall very very poor! Not sure who the cooks are but it looks like like cannot be bothered or they are just bad at their job!

Very impressed with our lunch here. It was very busy, but our food and servings came very quickly. Everything was well presented and very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Ordering through the app was easy. Would come back again.

Just upstairs in the food court at the Trafford Centre this Withaspoons is a good place to go for a pint, from Green King IPA to Stella and Carlsberg. Food always hot and everywhere is kept clean.

A spoons is a spoons - but in a shopping center I thought that was strange. All in all this is the cleanest spoons I have visited. Tables are clean and the team clear empty glasses and plates at rapid speed.Bar was a little on the slow side (ordering on the app our food arrived before drinks) but I think this was just due to new starters being trained. All in all would visit again !

One of the best Wetherspoons I've visited! We loved the whole Louisianna, French Quarter theme and the decor was perfect! If only the 'street' had jazz music playing. Inside it was well staffed, very clean and I had no wait at the bar.
