Originally 5 star as they were very good when dealing with me initially. However, after three weeks, I've still not heard from them about a ring resize which they told me would take them two weeks. I phoned them and was told it's 3-4 weeks. I have no idea when to expect my ring back and not impressed I've had to phone them to chase rather than be kept updated.Edit: ring returned and was too small, the original lady had said that if it was too small they would deal with it and it wouldn't cost any extra. The person I dealt with said that she shouldn't have said that but to their credit did honour it. I paid the balance at this point and it was sent off again.The ring then returned a few weeks later and fitted my finger correctly, on collection I was asked to pay the balance which I had already paid previously. I showed them the transaction on my banking app and that was fine.Overall, not a smooth experience but they were never difficult or backtracked on their promises so in the end everything was ok.

Disappointing in the customer service been on a wait list for 4 years for a watch and they still not had one. So many have them have come and they haven?t contacted me . I guess the have their preferred customers. Very unprofessional

Purchased an engagement ring in September with a view to giving it my partner on Christmas Day. I was told that we could come to size the ring shortly after ie Boxing Day. When we seen the ring in store it had been reduced by £1500. I asked if that reduction could be passed on to me considering the ring had never been worn and it was being swapped for a new one. I was told no due to the fact it had been too long a period that had passed. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Staff who served me were very good to me and more than helpful.

Amazing customer service at the Trafford Centre branch, was made to feel like a valued customer, was even offered a beverage!Overall extremely impressed with the service I received when making a purchase, full credit to the sales staff here, this was quite possibly the best buying experience that I have ever encountered.

This is an update to a previous review. After an initially not so great experience with a sales associate, I asked to be changed to someone else who was great and I was happy. I mentioned my initial experience in my review and was unexpectedly contacted by Goldsmiths who wanted to know more details and seemed to actually care. I'm impressed when a company takes the time to listen to feedback and do something about it. Also, it's a beautiful store in a convenient location.

I rang Trafford Centre store to enquire about a ring unfortunately my size wasn't in stock, Kevin ordered my size from head office and after a few days I was able to collect it from the store. I was so pleased with the great professional service. Many thanks to Kevin and all the staff.

I visited the store on 27th August accompanied by my 3 year old daughter and my 11 year old niece.We were greeted by Kanwei who made us feel very welcome.I was in search of a birthday present for my wife, but had no real idea of what to buy.Kanwei was fantastic. Not only did she assist me in picking the perfect gift (diamond earrings), she also spoke to my niece and daughter who are both really shy.It was so nice to see that Kanwei wasn?t looking for a quick sale. Instead, we chatted for about 20-30 minutes and the girls really liked Kanwei!The earrings were a birthday present, given to my wife a week later and she absolutely loves them so thank you for everything!

Brilliant customer service. I visited with concerns over the timekeeping of my watch, which was sent away, serviced and now appears to be working perfectly. Goldsmith's hospitality was great during my initial visit to drop off the watch and also upon collection.

Called in Goldsmiths looking for ladies watch. Lauren attended to myself and my friend. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient and helpful and very pleasant. Couldn't have asked for more. All the staff were very friendly. They made our trip to Goldsmiths very enjoyable. Thank you so much especially to Lauren. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in a shop! A freind and I were lucky enough to be served by two gentlemen called Aeron and Brian. Both incredibly helpful and passionate about their jobs. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Dealt with Kev & Duncan in the past. Both are down to earth knowledgeable watch guys. If your after Tudor I'd suggest going here. Marco in the Tag section is also good the deal with.

We visited the store last night (16th June2022) as my husband was interested in buying a Grand Seiko Spring Drive or an IWC (from the Goldsmiths store on the ground floor).We were welcomed into the store by Aaron, he was very friendly & bubbly. All staff we came into contact with (Ibby, James, Edwina & Fran) were all very friendly & knowledgeable about the products.There was no pressure to buy & we were encouraged to go & try on the IWC downstairs, which my husband did.When my husband made the decision to buy the Grand Seiko, the buying process was very enjoyable. Not to mention the G&T?s.We would highly recommend the Goldsmiths store & we will be returning.
