Went in today with my son to buy him a game and decided to get one myself.Took them to the counter and paid, the girl serving seemed sweet, if not stressed probably due to the fact they were under staffed (which seems to be the case every time you go in) though the air conditioning was working this time so I guess we should count our blessings.After I'd paid and was leaving I realised that I'd been over charged, the game was shelved at £35.99 and I paid £49.99 so I went back to ask the server.She looked as the box and decided to ask a colleague, the colleague came over and proceeded to tell me the rules of the company instead of asking me what the issue was or what I needed help with.It's "store policy this" and "store policy that". Then he came out with "I dont have to help you at all". His passive aggressive nature was apparent so much so that other customer we looking and pulling the downward smile face at me..... awkward for everyone in ear shot.On reflecting after I'd left he looked so sad inside, really unhappy in life and himself. I guess doing that kind a job must be soul destroying especially for £24,200 a year but I guess we deal with the choices we make.I want aware until I got home that Game is part of Frasers Group which is one of Mike Ashley and we all know how well he treats his staff so I guess the customer services skills really do trickle down from the top.I really like to try and support the high street but with service like this I'd say just go to Amazon and issues and they actually resolve the issues rather than make the customer, other patrons and staff working for them feel awkward and uncomfortable.To the young woman who served, keep doing your thing. To the manager go take a break hun and try and mindfulness app.... it may make you less cranky.

Horrible assistance, uneducated employee don't even know the difference between 11 year old and 14 year old they are calling 14 year old 11 year. Horrible place they don't even have good games
