DO NOT GET INTO AN AGREEMENT!!
They do not do refunds even if you change your mind 10 minutes later. No matter what.
They do not give you a call back on the phone, so make sure you go into the store within 48 hours so you can amend it to something smaller so you aren?t forced to either pay 25% of your product for nothing.
James (manager I believe) although attempted to be professional clearly had been through this before with other unhappy customers and will not compromise or even be compassionate in the slightest.
Tony Introna is a good salesman, respect to him. 10/10 would make him manager.

Wasim assisted us with our new bed and mattress purchase today. He was super friendly amd helpful without being pushy and left us plenty of time to think about all of our options. We decided what we wanted in the end and then the paperwork took just minutes to complete and we were out of there with our new bed on order for 7 days time.
Really great service and experience- we will come back for any further purchases when we need.

Wasim was patient kind and helpful when I was looking for recliner furniture with my elderly mum. He was attentive reassuring and gave full explanation of all details regarding the settees and armchairs we looked and tested. He showed no pressure selling what so ever snd we were pleased not to be constantly asked about items.
I was so lively to meet a genuine young salesman who cared about the people he was serving rather than trying to get a sale for a bonus

Shan at Furniture Village White City was super helpful with purchasing a bed ? nothing was too much trouble. Great service from start to finish. Also discovered a new love for their oat and cinnamon cookie while I was there!
