I was attended to by Marie H who was very patient while I made my choice of ring. Compared to other high street jewellers, F Hinds always offers a good choice and value for money. I have shopped with them previously and will no doubt return at some point. Thank you

Had a faulty Tommy Hilfeiger watch took out Hinds insurance and the store sent it off for repair and I received a new watch so glad I took out the insurance thanks Miss J Banks

Good products, busy staff are rude and unhelpful. Can?t even crack a smile, and that?s on both visits to the store, happy to sell you a product. But in dealing with the aftercare is awful. Would avoid going back here.

Excellent service. My wristwatch had stopped. The staff assessed the problem and sent it off for repair under warranty. They were very helpful in finding an inexpensive temporary replacement.

Purchased a silver and diamond snap bracelet for a birthday gift. The lady who served me was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me find the percet item and took time to get it roght for me.My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend shopping at this jewellery store.
