“I am beyond grateful for the support and help from the staffs and my optometrist Giles Turner in Trafford Center branch . I encounter sudden increase of eye floaters during Christmas night . Few days later I had detail eye examination from Giles and other examinations in St John street branch . Giles refer me to NHS emergency services, my retina is still ok and confirmed PVD . at present time not much can do .The whole experience is this company really care about the eye health of the client. No hard selling and they put my concern in the first place .I have my new prescription done yesterday in Bolton branch , staffs there are so nice and explained in detail the options of transition lens ( which is more suitable for me adapting to eye floaters in outdoor environments) . “The place and facilities are great, not too crowded either when I go. Sometimes there is a bit of wait but where isn't? The staff, receptionists and GPs have always been kind...there is pharmacy downstairs, but only cash is acceptable which isn't the best but got used to it ... Happy with the place in general as its near me”
