“I popped into Lush a few weeks ago and was looked after by Ismah. She offered me a hand massage, which I wasn’t expecting, and honestly it was such a lovely experience. I’d been feeling quite stressed that day, but she made me feel really relaxed and at ease. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and her approach never felt pushy – just genuinely helpful. I actually ended up leaving with a generous bag of goodies, and it didn’t feel like “shopping”, more like treating myself after being properly looked after. He also signed me up for a Body Shop account. His lovely Dublin accent is worth the price of admission.
