I made a special trip to come to the Apple Store for support. Bearing in mind that I?m getting support for the latest iPhone, which I?ve had for less than a year. It?s performing very poorly, including significant battery issues.
The staff in store are friendly and polite, but ultimately not able to do anything that the system won?t let them do. That politeness doesn?t particularly go very far as I?m left with the same problems as before. My phone passes their hardware check in store and apparently that means their hands are tied. Also, no good explanation offered as to why my brand new phone discharged itself overnight.
At this point I?m considering selling all my Apple products (and I?m deep in the ecosystem) and replacing them with android devices. They?ll be similar in performance but at least won?t cost a premium.
It seems like these days you don?t get a premium experience from Apple, despite paying premium prices.
I?m not mad, guys. I?m disappointed.

I visited the Trafford Centre Apple Store after a booking error made through the general Apple phone line. Junaid helped me from start to finish and made what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. He personally found me a booking the same day, worked to troubleshoot the issue himself, and kept me updated throughout. His patience, professionalism, and care for the customer were exceptional. I left the store very satisfied thanks to him.

Went and brought an apple MacBook Air. We had to wait a while to be seen cause some members of staff seemed to ignore us until John saw us. John was extremely helpful in helping us purchase and walk us through the key features of the laptop. Very pleased with our purchase
