Some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered! Still waiting on my £30 GOGW voucher that i have chased for at least 3 times.

First time going. Went with the family. Was good fun if you can hit the ball high enough to register, which wasn't great for the younger ones - so would give 3 star... but... customer service was really amazing... the kind lady at the desk came to our bay to help us get started... showed us how to take a shot... deserves... read full comment
