I highly recommend Woodhall Properties, can?t praise the team enough. We sold our property back in July 2023 had a long chain but Woodhall?s were outstanding they kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond!!I have used Woodhall Properties in the past and they never disappoint. We had a really good experience purchasing through Woodhall and I would definitely use them again in the future if we were to sell up. Lisa especially was our main point of contact and was excellent! She provided recommendations were needed and helped to chase a not so good solicitor! Very good service, not a bad word to say!

Lisa, John & Gloria were the key to getting us through the whole sale process. Reliable, honest and quite honestly spectacular service. Where everyone else failed, Lisa always pulled the house sales together, negotiating with the buyers of both houses we were selling, and a solicitor who was intent on ignoring every request put to her and working to her own agenda. Lisa is amazing, experienced, instantly available, tenatious and above all professional. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Without the team at Woodhall I would most likely be in need of counselling by now! The twists and turns we had thrown at us by other parties were all straightened out by the Woodhall team. Amazing, can't recommend them highly enough. A pleasure to deal with.

We want to thank Lisa and John for all their support through a very stressful and long drawn out sale/purchase process. Woodhall were the agents for the house we were purchasing and we experienced some really stressful and frustrating delays in the lower chain. All the way through this process I felt that Lisa was the only agent in the chain that went above and beyond to push for completion. In the last 2 months of the process I spoke to Lisa pretty much every single day, she was our ?go to? person for everything, despite having our own agents on our sale side. I spoke to other agents throughout the chain and it was clear that Lisa was the only one with the knowledge and experience of the whole conveyance process. Honestly Lisa, I don?t know how you did it but you got us to the end somehow and we are now settling into our new home. We used Woodhall after a dreadful experience with another company. We are so glad we did as John , Lisa and the gang were brilliant from start to finish.
