Went in fit a product asked a lady and she just pointed me in the direction. Came back saif I wasn't able to find it hoping she could show me. She wasn't bothered and just pointed again and said it's on the right while leaning back in the chair not doing much. Well done wickes

Came to buy some bathroom tiles, I had a question and was difficult to find a staff member on the floor, when staff members seen me approaching they quickly walked off. Would have bought more items unfortunately staff unwilling to help. When paying at the till, again staff didn?t engage just having a conversation with each other while showing each other posts on Facebook.

Placed order Sunday for Monday-Tuesday delivery wrong item deliverd then told Friday then told the following Friday as there delivery company XDP cannot pickup and drop off until they are in the area, from 2 days to 2 weeks perhaps they now deliver by bicycle never use Wickes again they are an absolute waste of time how can you get people to do a job when there is no goods to do the job.

Ordered product and received after way too long. The person in kitchen snd bathroom services was very polite and nice before Sale and after sale he was not even willing tp recognise the customer snd answer about delivery date.
All they like to sell product infact expensive product with wrong commitment of delivery date which results in cost being increased for customer to pay builders who waits to get product for fitting.
No credibility and no trust for any nezt occassion.

Visited twice over the space of 3 days. On the Saturday the members of staff were extremely helpful. Visiting today I was attended by an extremely confrontational and aggressive member of staff named Sam (long curly black hair). She made us feel very uncomfortable and could not have been less helpful. Won?t be back. Avoid Sam.

Popped in for door thresholds which I'd seen were in stock, they weren't on the shelves but a lovely assistant went and found them for me. Great friendly service x
