I called in at the end of the day. Right near closing time and was greeted with a smile (not sure I wold have been so friendly if I'm honest) I was asking about my medication and the time and care I was show was outstanding. I have always found all the staff here friendly and caring but I have got to say Kelly and Chelsea (I hope I have your names right) are just amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much for being fantastic.

This pharmacy is my nominated one & the speed at which my repeat prescription was ready to collect was amazing the staff are always helpful and the reviews here are somewhat dated so I?d like previous reviewers to know this chemist is efficient the problems previously are a distant memory are no more & they offer a great service to the local community & have done to me for many years I don?t believe that you get the credit you deserve and not an easy job in these difficult time so having verbally given you my feedback today as I said am adding it here also for all to see and long may you continue to be effective efficient & speedy in these difficult times we all encounter
Positive feedback Can be rare but I am a great believer that when credit is due it should be given ad this is long overdue

Brilliant pharmacy, staff are really efficient, Very fast paced and I have never had wait long, Keep up all your hard work it's really appreciated.

Been trying to ring them since 8.45 this morning constantly engaged then it rings and they hang up. Disgusting will hopefully get this prescription then will be changing chemist

Poor service, i was informed my prescriptions was ready when I got there they stated making it up, long waiting, they seemed to be unable to provide a good service as a result I have changed chemist.

Absolutely disgusting service in this place.Staff extremely rude and not professional at all.Came to collect my prescription, one of the lady asked for name, she walk out before I finished talking something under her nose. Come back asked how to spell it and walk out before I finished. Again saying something under her nose.I said it: ?maybe you will know the name if you will wait not walk out before I finished and if she want to say something to me - tell me- not bumble under her nose. ?New Manager? was there too- not apologize and not told off the member of staff.The staff member she should be not working in customer service. If you don?t like your job or you too old - leave or go retired and make space for young generationAdditionally, not been given meds.Not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.I am not surprised that Chinese guy left as no one can handle their attitude.

Appalling customer service by both a male and female dispensing staff. Instead of doing their job, specifically, dispensing medication, they took it upon themselves to try and belittle me about the usage of my face covering -- I had my mouth and nose covered, same as everyone -- apparently, "it has to be a three layered mask". First, no, it doesn't, and second, please stop teaming up on customers in groups of 2-3 and instead focus on doing your job. Terrible dispensary times (5 days for 2x boxes of codeine phosphate). We'll be going to O'dell!

telephoned for repeat prescription monday 23rd march was promised would be ready for friday 27th march. i was asked not to call at the pharmacy until i received a text message, friday 27th march, no message so no medication. saturday and sunday they are closed so i telephoned monday morning i was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. i called at the pharmacy to enquire, 1 was my prescription ready, 2 why after being asked not to call until i received a text and then no text being received by me? no valid reason given as to why the system they had implemented had not been put into practictice. the counter assistant did have a short burst of "don`t you know what`s going on". i suppose that was the sum total of her explanation. yes my medication was available but i had to ignore the pharmacy instructions not to visit, if i had followed their instructions no doubt i would still be at home waiting. the following customer that was collecting on behalf of her elderley sick father was less fortunate, she had ordered his medication a week previously and it was not ready. she also was promised the ficticious text message and so like me she telephoned and was also cut off.
