Was a good pharmacy, but over the last few months I have picked up my prescription and medication was missing on 2 occasions. They did not give me an owing slip, so I was unaware until I opened the bag at home. I understand there are some difficulties at the moment in sourcing some medication, but on both occasions they did not even let me know when I picked it up. I will be using another pharmacy from now on

Extremely Rude staff. They treat you differently. No manner, many times I have made complaints no action has been taken. If they don't know how to speak with customer, they shouldn't be there. They are on wrong place .This staff definitely needs training HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. RUBISH STAFF

I have only had my repeat prescription with wells for 3 months I moved my prescription to them because I had 7 different medications, from the very 1st month they were useless they never had my prescription ready and I had to ring my doctor to find out why it hadn't been sent to them!!! This was exactly the same for the other 2 months, all I can suggest is do not trust them they don't care!!

Booked in for flu vaccine today. Was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Pharmacist very knowledgeable and helpful and gave advice on after care. Pleasant experience.

Doc text me the day before and said my prescription for cream was ready at Wells.3 times I've been there today!!!.They used different excuses why prescription wasn't ready.Another lady in there had been 3 times aswell today.Fuming!

This place is shocking, doctor put my prescription in on 17th rang up 2 days later still not ready rang up today 20th to be told come in later on today it's not been packed yet, no phone manners or customer service skills just the answer of another staff member in the background

Please ignore the ridiculous negative reviews! The team here are amazing! I have been registered with this pharmacy for the past 2 months, prior to this I was pretty sure you had to be rude and unhelpful to get a job in a pharmacy after endless terrible experiences (Lloyds in particular) - Well pharmacy are amazing! A fantastic service with a smile, people that really care and a warmth I have never experienced In a healthcare setting before! They work so hard and nothing is ever too much to ask.
