Always a great experience in this store, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is always beautifully presented & tidy! Look out for great deals on books from previous years. Picked up a book with a 75% off sticker & a new release book with £3 off. (Keeping them competitive with online retailers) it also nice to go into the book shop and have a good browse. Very handy for kids activity books over the summer hols. The stamps system of 10 stamps for £10 is also a big perk! I had collected mine up and treated myself to a new book for free! Overall can't ask for more or a better experience. ??????????

It is a very beautiful and renewed place. They have all kinds of books, such as stories of all kinds, history, construction, architecture, antiques, and everything that comes to mind. It is a wonderful and very beautiful place. Even all the employees are distinguished.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable with recommendations for my pre teen daughter and brilliant book selection and the man at the counter gave my daughter a free dork diarys bookmark that made her very happy.

Waterstones Stockport is one of those places we just can?t walk past without popping in. The store is really well stocked with all kinds of books?whatever you're into, you?ll find something. I tend to lean toward the more niche side of things like philosophy and personal development, and even then, I usually end up finding something new to take home.
My partner absolutely loves it here?she?s always torn between the manga section and their great selection of romance books. Her mind goes wild trying to pick just one (spoiler: it?s never just one!).
It?s a great store with a warm vibe, and whether you're a serious reader or just in the mood to browse, you?ll come out with something you didn?t know you needed.

Difficult to find anything because of the way the shelves are organised. Which is a problem as the shop is always busy so I end up leaving instead of getting assistance. It is a nice book shop visually and they have a good selection otherwise.
