I have a son who has additional needs who we couldn't get in at the gp for red sore eyes, we rang a number and was given a minor eye clinic appointment. The way they handled the situation is a way that's a rarety we arnt used to people being so welcoming they treated him as a typical child and that means so much! I can say they made this the most stress free appointment he's ever had, thank you I couldn't reccomend you enough got him sorted out within a couple of hours of ringing I can't praise them enough, so polite! Even made sure we wernt fobbed off we've got another appointment through already thank you!
