Staff are inpatient and rude to the elderly ,took my mum their as she needed some money they didn't seem to have time for anyone it was asif they were doing you some big favour my mother has dementia ,I think the staff and mainly the management need some costumer training and its not just this branch I've fond that Hazel groves branch is the worst we have totally stopped going in their they upset my mother that much she would rather go to poynton

Please, do yourself a favour and use the Hazel Grove branch. The 'service' here really is horrendous, terribly slow. Went in today and there was plenty of staff chatting in the offices to the side but only one person serving behind the counter. Really poor!

Very bad customer service at Stockport branch, not interested in helping a new customer, turned away when there was no one else in the branch and staff doing nothing.
