I have used this depot for the past 12months - the manager David is an amazing person and cannot do enough for you even the delivery driverer will go the extra mile but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the staff behind the counter - especially jay who can come across as rude and as if he?s doing you a favour , the assistant manager is no better who even when is on the phone and has no clue as to what is going on gets on the defensive -obviously it?s a if ?your face doesn?t fit? mentality, because I?ve watched and observed how they speak to some customers.
maybe some customer service training would benefit- I certainly will not be going back to spend my money and get insulted in the process - very disappointed

I found them to be the cheapest building suppliers so far and notice they beat the prices of so called popular cheap suppliers in the area.The Travis Perkin app is very useful as you can check prices, compare products and give access to your builder to put in orders. I would suggest adding how to videos on some of the products like some other apps in the industry.Their delivery service is convenient with a tracking system which means you can do a Just In Time delivery so no need to wait around and you can turn up a stop before they arrive to your location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so if you are novice in the industry you have expertise to hand.All in all very pleased with this branch, management, sales staff and yard assistants very professional.World of Homes4u. com

Never been here before but, the lads in the yard were very helpful, they showed me the product before I purchased it and the fella who served me was also great and bonus was I had my wood delivered a day before it was due, I will in time visit here again, bang on boys.........
