“5 star service, I can’t fault Team Protyre was told by main dealer I need new tyres a while back during car service, went to get a quote was told no they are fine. Go back in the New Year and they fitted new to the front, rear tyres still good to go.”

“Happy with the four tyres that were fitted unfortunately the wheel balancing could not be done as the machine was not working. Asked to call back in a couple of days to complete the job. The staff were very apologetic”

“Paul the tyre fitter sent me the photos and repairs that were needed and phoned me to find out what l wanted to do. I told him to complete the job and to do the tracking that l requested. Great work all paperwork done and emailed copies also.”

“I booked my car in online for MOT the next day, having tried two independent garage more local to me, both of which had waiting times of two weeks. The guys on reception were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, even though they were evidently very busy and juggling messages and tasks. They explained they were a bit behind and that the MOT would be done in about 90 minutes and they would contact me to let me know. They got back in touch on time and advised me the car had passed with no issues. I picked it up about an hour later, paperwork was ready and they passed me my key and thanked me for using them. Even though I’d only been once before about 8 years previously I felt as though I was a regular customer! Really positive professional service and cheerful to boot, highly recommended.”
